Collaboration with queer artist Julien Devemy, former vice-president of Act Up-Paris
Julien & I come from different cultures and are geographically distant. Our meeting and our relationship tells much more than a story of love and friendship. It speaks precisely of intersectionality or the transversality of lives and paths. For it is perhaps not so much our homosexuality that brought us together, but rather our way of 'inhabiting the world' and being aware of being and living at the crossroads of several identities, and the awareness of the political dimension that this entailed.
